About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our third-party manufacturing business. This role is ideal for both freshers with a passion for sales & marketing and experienced professionals looking to grow in the nutraceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new third-party manufacturing clients for protein powders, food supplements, and nutraceutical products.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with healthcare brands, distributors, and businesses.
Handle client negotiations, contract discussions, and business proposals.
Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to ensure smooth product development.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and offline strategies.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
Requirements
Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales & marketing are welcome!
Experienced candidates with 3+ years in sales & marketing (preferably in nutraceuticals, food supplements, or pharmaceuticals) will be given preference.
Knowledge of protein powders, dietary supplements, and food regulations is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Ability to work independently and drive sales growth.
